The Role :

Legend is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our team, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to create, shape, and deliver the CRM strategy for our Sports Pillar, driving customer engagement, satisfaction, and revenue. You'll be the one setting the vision to deliver a high-value content proposition to the user and driving our direct-to-customer marketing efforts to the next level.

Your Impact :

  • Lead the growth and optimization of the CRM channel across the Sports Pillar and its associated brands.
  • Organize and oversee the CRM delivery process, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
  • Serve as the primary link between the content team and the marketing / CRM function, fostering strong collaboration and alignment.
  • Define and own the CRM roadmap, shaping strategies that align with immediate and long-term business goals.
  • Regularly report on CRM performance, providing insights and updates to the leadership team to inform decision-making.

What you'll bring :

  • Must have a deep, intrinsic understanding of HubSpot (or similar platform such as SalesForce) and its capabilities.
  • Strong grasp of user data, customer segmentation, and how to leverage insights for personalized marketing.
  • Ability to think strategically, both for short-term impact and future growth opportunities.
  • Proven experience in managing CRM teams, driving performance, and fostering collaboration.
  • Prior experience in the betting, gaming, affiliate, or direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce industries is strongly preferred.

The Interview Process :

  • Screening : Initial Chat with Talent Partner (30 mins via Zoom)
  • 1st Stage : Interview with 2 Senior Marketing Managers (1 hour video via Zoom)
  • 2nd Stage : Interview with our Head of Marketing (1 hour via Zoom)
  • 3rd Stage : Final Stage Interview (1 hour via Zoom)
