The role emphasizes supporting sales teams and negotiating customer-facing transactions, in a remote-first environment with approximately one day per week in the Toronto office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in drafting and negotiating technology contracts.
• Strong experience with SaaS agreements, software licensing, development and services.
• Proven ability to support sales teams in customer-facing negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate sophisticated technology agreements, including SaaS, licensing, development, services and strategic partnerships.
• Provide guidance and negotiation support for sales teams on customer-facing transactions.
• Identify and mitigate commercial and legal risks in tech contracts.
