The role covers contracts, compliance, data protection, KYC/AML, and partnership agreements, with close collaboration across management, finance, and operations. English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of legal experience in corporate or commercial law.
• Strong contract drafting, review, and negotiation skills.
• Experience supporting day-to-day business operations from a legal perspective.
• Knowledge of international documentation and cross-border matters.
• Compliance, AML/KYC, privacy, and regulatory documentation.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
