We are looking for a Legal Counsel to provide legal support for Assetara's key processes. This role is suitable for a specialist with strong experience in corporate and contract law who is able to work in an international environment and confidently handle legal issues in the areas of digital finance, compliance, and the company's operations.

About the Role

In this role, you will support Assetara's contractual and corporate work, prepare and review legal documents, participate in the coordination of internal and external materials, and assist the company's teams in making the right decisions on current legal issues. Legal Counsel will be involved in matters related to contracts, compliance, data protection, KYC/AML, internal policies, partnership agreements, and legal assessment of new initiatives. Requirements

• 5+ years of legal experience in corporate law, commercial law, regulatory legal support or related areas.
• Strong experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts and legal documents.
• Experience supporting day-to-day business operations from a legal perspective.
• Good understanding of international legal documentation and cross-border business matters.
• Ability to work with compliance-related topics, including AML, KYC, privacy and regulatory documentation.
