Mastercard Foundationis seeking and experienced and collaborative employment lawyer to join their growing team asSenior Legal Counsel – Employment and Compliance. The successful candidate will be responsible for advising on the full spectrum of employment matters across the Foundation’s operations, as well as undertaking reviews, risk assessments and supporting on compliance matters. There may also be opportunity to be involved in strategic projects.
The ideal candidate will haveat least 10 yearsof experience advising management-side clients on a broad range of employment law including agreements, litigation, human rights, privacy and policy matters. Prior in-house experience and exposure to regulatory corporate and compliance matters will be considered assets.
