Qualifications

• JD/Bachelor of Laws with active bar admission, Alberta preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years in complex legal roles within regulated industries.
• Proven experience drafting, negotiating and governing high‑value agreements.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic legal advice across development, execution and governance.
• Draft, negotiate and manage complex agreements and contracts.
• Provide risk assessments and litigation/claims guidance.
• Collaborate with executives and cross‑functional teams to enable decisions.
