Role and Responsibilities

As Senior Legal Counsel, you will handle complex legal issues, negotiate agreements, oversee litigation, and provide legal advice to stakeholders. Your work will support corporate, commercial, litigation, and compliance matters.

Skills and Qualifications

Requirements

• Law degree from a Canadian or recognized international law school
• Called to the bar and in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario or another Canadian province
• 6-10 years of relevant legal experience, including commercial litigation
• Experience in privacy law and employment law is an asset
