Senior Leader, Operations - Challenger Programs - Pre‑flight & Deliveries

• Work on the day shift, Monday to Friday.
• Develop manufacturing strategies and support their implementation.
• Conduct in‑depth analyses to optimize processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Generate detailed plans aligned with master schedules, ensuring communication, tracking, and progress follow‑up.
• Develop and implement robust and efficient operational processes.
• Identify major operational issues and propose effective action plans.
• Demonstrate leadership in resolving complex problems.
• Act as a high‑level liaison between various operations groups during escalations.
• Coordinate activities with internal teams, partners, external suppliers, and/or customers.
• Support cost control and financial performance monitoring.
• Develop and coach leaders on management competencies.
• Provide indirect supervision during absences or replacements.
• Promote a work environment based on teamwork and open communication.
