Job summary

Qualifications

• Leadership experience with accountability for people and outcomes

• Experience leading complex programs or initiatives with measurable outcomes
• Strong business and financial acumen; budgets, workforce planning, reporting

Responsibilities

• Set direction and deliver results across Land Services aligning priorities with multi-year plans
• Lead workforce, budget, workload, and regional service delivery planning
• Provide governance for complex land and regulatory matters with SMEs
• Identify risks, use data and scorecards to drive performance and improvements
• Build strategic relationships with Operations, Regulatory, Legal, Indigenous Relations and others
• Represent TC Energy with landowners, agencies and external stakeholders
• Lead major initiatives with disciplined planning and strong execution
• Ensure compliance with land/regulatory requirements and safe work practices
• Drive process improvements and adoption of new ways of working
• Foster a safe, inclusive, high-performance culture across Canada Land Services
