Eurofins Canada Environment Testing seeks an experienced senior operations leader to plan and implement budgets ensuring profitability, sustainability and growth of the business unit. You will drive strategic staffing, sales and IT projects, select equipment, manage purchasing and optimize operational efficiency.

The role includes ensuring quality controlled analytical services, safe operations, and environmental protection, while enforcing corporate policies across QA, IT, HR and Marketing.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years in a laboratory environment.
• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Budget development experience.
• Understanding of P&L statements and balance sheets.
• Knowledge of ISO 17025 and its application in the laboratory.

• Plan and manage the BU budget for profitability, sustainability and growth.
• Design, implement and enforce procedures to promote the company’s services.
• Provide quality controlled analytical and professional services.
• Ensure safe operation of equipment and processes, and environmental compliance.
