Job summary

Reena seeks a Senior Learning and Development Specialist to coordinate and implement the L&D function, researching, developing, and updating dynamic training courses for staff and students in compliance with legislative requirements. Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in learning and development, with a focus on training and adult learning.
• University degree in the field of social services, organization development, human resources, or related field.
• Certificate/Diploma in Adult Education.

Responsibilities

• Train the trainer to continually improve facilitation skills and use current training technology.
• Instruct courses per assigned portfolio and coordinate events and new L&D initiatives.
• Design quarterly course schedules and manage LMS administration.
• Maintain LMS structure with IT department and support e-learning content creation.
