• Own technical architecture and drive design decisions across data-processing workflows.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and coaching to raise code quality.
• Translate custody operations requirements into technical designs and tasks.
• Partner with QA, DevOps, and production support for reliable releases.
• Advance engineering best practices: test automation, CI/CD, secure coding.
• Evaluate new technologies to improve performance and developer productivity.
• Collaborate with product, risk, compliance to align delivery with priorities.
