Capgemini Canada is seeking a Sr Java Full Stack Developer to join our hybrid team in Mississauga, collaborating closely with product owners, analysts, architects and engineers. You will write clean, unit-tested code, mentor junior staff, apply REST design patterns, and contribute to CI/CD and accessibility goals.

The role demands strong Java and Spring experience, SQL with Hibernate, and familiarity with Docker, NgRx and RxJS within an agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Strong Java and Spring experience.
• Hands-on with RESTful APIs and SQL (Hibernate).
• Experience with CI/CD and automated testing.
• Familiarity with Docker, NgRx and RxJS.
• Agile/Scrum experience and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy web applications with clean, tested code.
• Collaborate with product owners, analysts, architects, and QA.
• Mentor juniors and help define coding standards and patterns.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment scripts.
