Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a Senior Procurement Analyst in IT Vendor Management to lead strategic vendor initiatives, negotiate large enterprise agreements, and drive spend transformation across the enterprise. The role partners with IT, Finance, Legal and executives to optimize outcomes and manage MSP programs.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in procurement and a proven track record with global vendors and complex commercial terms, with strong financial analysis and executive communication

Qualifications

• 8+ years in procurement, strategic sourcing, vendor management, or related roles.
• Experience negotiating and managing large enterprise professional services agreements with global vendors.
• Hands-on experience with MSP and contingent workforce programs in a large enterprise.
• Strong contract expertise: MSAs, SOWs, SLAs, pricing schedules, and terms.
• Experience evaluating vendor performance against SLAs and driving accountability.
• Experience overseeing vendor portfolios and contracts over $500M.
• Advanced Excel, financial modeling, spend analytics, and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial management and negotiation of IT vendor agreements (MSAs/SOWs).
• Review contracts for risks and provide recommendations to optimize outcomes.
• Support spend transformation by analyzing patterns and advising executives.
• Manage MSP and contingent workforce programs, governance, and spend compliance.
• Monitor vendor performance against SLAs; identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Lead strategic sourcing events (RFI/RFP/RFQ) from evaluation to award.
• Partner with IT, Finance, Legal, and executives to drive contract execution.
• Provide strategic insights and decision support on supplier relationships and risk.
