SKYTRAC, a trusted leader in satellite and cellular communications for aerospace, is seeking a Senior IT Systems Administrator for our Ottawa, ON office. You will own and optimize our IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability, security, and performance across servers, networks, cloud services, and end-user systems.
You will lead infrastructure upgrades, mentor junior staff, and coordinate on-call rotations while advising leadership on technology standards and risk.

SKYTRAC is seeking an experienced Senior IT Systems Administrator to join our team! This role is responsible for maintaining, supporting, and optimizing the organization’s IT infrastructure, and owns the reliability, security, and performance of servers, networks, applications, cloud services, and end-user systems. The role also serves as the escalation point for complex technical issues, leads infrastructure projects from design through implementation, and mentors’ junior IT staff.
In this role, you’ll work hands-on across servers, networks, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity tools — while also advising leadership on technology standards, roadmap, and risk.
This position is based on-site in our Ottawa, ON office.

The salary range for this role is $88,000 - $120,000 CAD. The range posted is a guide and may not represent the compensation offered to the successful candidate. Compensation is based on the skills, knowledge, experience, and qualifications brought to the role.
