Job summary

Medavie is seeking a Manager, IT Services to align technology services with strategic priorities and operate 24/7 healthcare delivery support. You will lead IT Services teams, drive incident management, and partner with cybersecurity, risk, and vendor groups to ensure secure, reliable service delivery.

The role requires a post‑secondary degree in a related discipline and 10+ years in IT services with 5+ years in leadership, preferably in a dispersed environment.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years of progressive experience in IT services.
• Five+ years of people leadership in a distributed 24/7 environment.
• Experience in healthcare, emergency services, government, or other regulated environments is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT Services teams, including staff management and development.
• Translate business and technology priorities into operating plans and objectives.
• Oversee secure operation of infrastructure and applications that support 24/7 clinical and operational environments.
• Establish and improve incident, change, and service management practices and define SLOs.
