Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Senior IT Quality Assurance Analyst on a permanent basis with our Technology team.

This position is a hybrid opportunity and is based in Saskatoon, SK. For the right candidate, we will consider those located anywhere in Western Canada.

What you’ll do:

• Specialized Testing Execution: Perform functional, automation, and performance testing to ensure coverage of all technical and business requirements; analyze results and recommend optimizations.
• Automation & CI/CD Integration: Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts, and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines for consistent testing across platforms.
• QA Strategy & Lifecycle Management: Define test strategies, plans, and QA deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational QA standards.
• Tool & Framework Administration: Administer and maintain QA tools and frameworks (e.g., ALM, UFT One), ensuring optimal configuration and infrastructure support.
• Defect Management & Process Improvement: Lead defect resolution efforts and drive continuous improvements in QA processes, focusing on specialized testing areas.

Who you’ll work with:

The Team: You will work closely with the QA Manager, the Lead IT QA Analyst, and two IT QA Analysts. This group is part of a larger QA team who you will interact with on a regular basis. This team strives to cultivate a culture of collaboration, innovation, and support.

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Information Technology and:

• Have 5–7 years of QA experience, with strong expertise in automation, performance, and/or manual functional testing, including experience in defining standards, processes, and strategy.
• Have a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
• Have hands on experience with automation tools such as UFT One, LRE, ALM and Selenium.
• Have knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, QA tools architecture, and QA AI tools.
