Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in IT operations, systems administration, or infrastructure support.
• Strong experience with Windows Server and/or Linux environments.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• IT Operations & Service Reliability: Ensure high availability, performance and reliability of IT systems and services; act as Tier 3 escalation; lead incident response; monitor systems and dashboards; manage maintenance and lifecycle activities.
• Systems, Infrastructure & Identity: Administer Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, storage; manage identity systems (AD, Azure AD, MFA); oversee endpoints; support Microsoft 365; collaborate on LAN/WAN and security configurations.
• Security, Compliance & Risk: Enforce security standards and access controls; participate in vulnerability management and compliance; assist audits and incident investigations; ensure backup and DR readiness.
• Process Improvement & Documentation: Develop runbooks, SOPs; automate workflows; track incidents and uptime; drive continuous IT operations improvements.
