Globalfaces Direct Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Information Technology to lead the corporate IT function and drive secure, reliable technology for a growing distributed workforce.

You will manage end-to-end IT operations, including Google Workspace, identity and access, endpoint security, SaaS administration, and budget oversight, while collaborating with executives and cross-functional partners.

Competenze

• 7+ years of progressive experience leading or owning a corporate IT environment across multiple domains.
• Experience managing IT vendors, contracts, software licensing, telecom, and IT budgets.
• Experience supporting PCI DSS, security audits, compliance assessments, or similar frameworks.
• Experience managing a distributed fleet of devices including laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.
• Strong understanding of security, access management, device lifecycle, and IT governance.
• Ability to communicate risks and recommendations to both technical and business stakeholders.

• Consolidate tools to simplify the tech environment and maximize value.
• Maintain IT policies, standards, procedures, and documentation.
• Provide leadership during major IT incidents and escalation support.
