We are seeking an experienced senior professional to perform IT control monitoring and testing. Reporting to the Senior Manager, this role focuses on ensuring IT infrastructure integrity, security, and compliance through assessment and testing of technology controls. Candidates should have experience in technology, cybersecurity, risk management, controls assurance, and possess strong analytical and communication skills.
How You Will Create Impact
- Assist in developing technology controls monitoring and testing policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the evaluation of technology risks.
- Aid in the development of control objectives and activities.
- Facilitate the implementation of monitoring tools.
- Conduct control walkthroughs with control owners.
- Test design and confirm the implementation of controls.
- Execute tests of operating effectiveness.
- Document testing workpapers and results, reviewing them with control owners.
- Prepare and present control testing reports for control owners, executives, and other stakeholders.
- Track and follow up on deficiency remediation.

To Join Our Team
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- 5+ years in IT Governance, Audit, Compliance, Information Security.
- CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, CIA, CPA preferred (or working towards).
- Knowledge of IT principles, policies, regulations, frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, PCI DSS).
- Proficiency in IT controls monitoring/testing frameworks.
- Ability to collaborate on deficiency remediation.
- Strong technical and non-technical communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in English is essential to the main duties in this role, including servicing and communicating primarily with majority non-francophone clients, groups, teams. Drafting complex English documents and preparing daily reports for anglophone leaders. The essential non-French duties are not assignable to adjacent or other team members.
