TC Energy in Calgary, Alberta, seeks an experienced Manager, Internal Audit to lead a portfolio of risk-based assurance engagements. You will guide audit teams, manage resources, and build stakeholder relationships across North American operations.

The role emphasizes governance, risk management, and control improvement, with a focus on innovation, data analytics, automation, and responsible use of AI-enabled tools. A hybrid work model is available in Canada, the U.S., and Mexico.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Professional designation such as CIA, CPA, or equivalent credential.
• At least 10 years in internal audit or risk/assurance, with 3+ years leading teams or engagements.
• Ability to plan, execute, and deliver multiple complex engagements with sound judgment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present to stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven people leadership, coaching, inclusion, collaboration, and accountability.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and continuous learning mindset for changing environments.
• Proficiency with digital productivity, data analytics, and AI-enabled tools, used responsibly.
