TBT Engineering Limited is seeking an experienced Geotechnical Lead to drive design, analysis, and delivery of geotechnical projects in an environment that values collaboration and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering and P.Eng. registration.
• 10+ years of geotechnical investigation, analysis and design experience.
• Proficiency with geotechnical design and analysis software.
• Strong leadership, client communication and project management skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead geotechnical design and analysis including foundations, slope stability, and monitoring.
• Interpret borehole data and lab results for soils and rocks.
• Develop and review geotechnical reports and construction recommendations.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulators.
• Mentor junior staff and support project management tasks.
• Ensure compliance with standards and municipal requirements.
• Contribute to proposals and business development through client input.
