Job summary

TBT Engineering Limited is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to lead and contribute to a broad range of infrastructure projects in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment. You will apply advanced technical knowledge in planning, design, and delivery of site development, transportation, drainage, and municipal systems while mentoring junior staff and ensuring adherence to professional standards.

The role requires a degree in Civil Engineering, P.Eng.

Qualifications

Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
Registration as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.).
10+ years of relevant experience in infrastructure, land development, or municipal engineering.
Proficiency in design and modeling software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D or equivalent.
Solid knowledge of applicable codes, standards, and municipal requirements.

Responsibilities

Manage civil engineering projects from concept through design and construction.
Prepare and review designs, drawings, reports, estimates, specifications, and tender documents.
Provide input on grading, drainage, utilities, roads and municipal systems.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and regulatory agencies.
Mentor and develop junior/intermediate staff; support project management tasks.
