Job summary

Dillon Consulting Limited seeks an Intermediate/Senior Air Quality Engineer to join the Atmospheric Services team in Ontario. The role supports high-value air quality projects with a collaborative, technology-forward approach and hybrid work options.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, engage with clients, and apply air quality expertise to regulatory and project needs across facilities and transportation. Ontario presence preferred, with flexibility in office locations.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as a professional engineer or eligible to register.
• Degree in environmental, chemical engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of air quality experience in consulting or related fields with technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and drive execution of high-value engineering solutions for complex projects.
• Collaborate with internal experts across environmental science, planning and management to deliver holistic solutions.
• Manage air quality projects for facilities (oil & gas, aggregates, power, industrial, municipal) and transportation projects.
• Interpret client needs and develop science-based approaches to meet expectations.
• Encourage AI-enabled tooling to automate routine and enable high-value design.
