SHIFT Interiors, based in Vancouver, BC, seeks a Senior Interior Designer to lead residential projects from concept through installation. You will collaborate with the Creative Director and mentor junior designers while ensuring exceptional design and execution.
The role requires a Bachelor’s in Interior Design or related field, at least seven years of experience, and strong AutoCAD/SketchUp skills. You will manage clients, budgets, and consultants to deliver refined, wellness-driven spaces.

The Senior Interior Designer is a new, critical function in the evolution of SHIFT Interiors — a design leader who works side‑by‑side with the Creative Director to guide exceptional residential projects from concept through final installation. Working within the firm's philosophy centered on wellness, inspiration, and transformation, this role shapes the creative vision and technical execution of highly personalized homes while building strong, authentic, lasting client relationships.
As a studio leader, the Senior Interior Designer translates ideas into refined spaces, owning both the design and project management process for complex residential projects. This includes engaging, guiding and supporting intermediate and junior designers, consultants, contractors, and trades to ensure the design vision carries through every stage — from first sketch to final detail.
