This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong design sensibility, project leadership skills, and deep understanding of the interior design process from concept to completion. The Role

• Lead and manage project timelines, scheduling and budgets to ensure project quality and creative vision are met.
• Supervise and mentor junior and intermediate designers, providing direction, feedback, and support throughout various project phases.
• Represent the firm in client presentations and meetings, demonstrating clear communication, professionalism, and leadership.
• Conduct site visits to review progress, address issues, and ensure design integrity is maintained throughout.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, and contractors throughout the design and construction process.
• Oversee material sourcing, specifications, custom millwork designs, and finish selections, maintaining vendor relationships.
