Job summary

Envirotech, Canada's largest circular economy furniture dealer, is growing and hiring a Senior Designer to join our Mississauga team. You’ll bring 5+ years in the office furniture industry with expert AutoCAD/CET/Project Spec skills and will work with Workplace Consultants to deliver precise specifications and compelling quotations.

You’ll attend client meetings, conduct site measurements, and build presentations while coordinating with vendors to find the right product for every quote.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with AutoCAD, CET, and Project Spec.
• A degree in design and familiarity with the Ontario Building Code.
• Minimum 5 years of industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare space plans using AutoCAD/CET.
• Prepare furniture drawings using our symbols library.
• Take off floor plans to build accurate furniture specifications.
• Support Workplace Consultants with options and pricing.
• Attend client meetings to understand needs firsthand.
• Build PowerPoint presentations for quotations.
• Determine manufacturers across 50+ vendors for quotes.
• Conduct site measurements as required.
• Partner with sales team to ensure client satisfaction from first meeting to final install.

We\'re growing again and looking for a Senior Designer to join our Mississauga team. You\'ll need at least 5 years of experience in the office furniture industry; dealership experience is required.

What you’ll do

• Prepare space plans using AutoCAD/CET
• Prepare furniture drawings using our symbols library
• Take off floor plans to build accurate furniture specifications
• Support our Workplace Consultants with options and pricing on specifications
• Attend client meetings to understand their needs firsthand
• Build PowerPoint presentations for quotations
• Determine manufacturers across our full range of product solutions (including 50+ new vendors) to find the right product for every quote
• Conduct site measurements as required
• Partner with our sales team and Workplace Consultants to ensure client satisfaction from first meeting to final install

What you bring
