About Us

Jessica Bremner Design is an award-winning, all-female interior design firm based in Deep Cove, North Vancouver. Known for our high-end residential interiors, we are a creative, collaborative team passionate about beautiful, livable spaces. We are looking to add a talented Senior Interior Designer to our growing team.

The Role

We seek an experienced, self-motivated Senior Interior Designer for a one-year contract with potential for full-time employment. This hybrid role is ideal for a designer confident in leading residential projects from concept to completion with minimal supervision. If you enjoy a collaborative environment and creating elevated, livable spaces, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Lead all phases of interior design, from concept to installation
2. Develop and present design concepts and material selections
3. Produce and manage detailed construction drawing sets (portfolio must include a completed project with drawings)
4. Collaborate with clients, contractors, trades, and suppliers
5. Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
6. Work independently while maintaining our collaborative studio culture

Who You Are

1. At least 7 years of residential interior design experience
2. Graduate of a CIDA-accredited design program (BCIT preferred)
3. Based in Vancouver with a flexible hybrid work setup
4. Confident in leading projects from start to finish with minimal oversight
5. Portfolio showcasing strong residential work and detailed construction documentation
6. Knowledge of the BC Building Code (BCBC) and practical application experience
7. Familiar with permit drawing packages and submission processes; bonus if navigated this before
8. Experience with furniture sourcing is a plus
