Job summary

Falkbuilt HQ is seeking a highly experienced Designer to drive the full design lifecycle from concept through final execution, leveraging advanced Revit skills. You will support architects, designers, and engineers to move projects from design to production while maintaining exceptional client service.

With 8+ years of experience, you will utilize Revit and Falkbuilt add-ins to create detailed drawings, 3D models, and submittals, ensuring integration with construction and A&D sets while

Qualifications

• Advanced Revit proficiency required, able to draft detailed architectural sets.
• Strong design leadership and collaboration with clients and teams.
• Experience coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Own the full design lifecycle from concept to final design aligned with client vision.
• Collaborate with clients to define scope, design objectives, and feasibility.
• Lead design meetings and provide creative solutions.
• Create detailed project estimates based on designs and construction plans.
• Use Revit and Falkbuilt add-ins to draft drawings, 3D models, renderings, flythroughs, and submittals.
• Ensure designs integrate with construction, electrical, and A&D drawing sets.
• Coordinate project teams, resources, and vendors for timely, cost-effective execution.
• Oversee site evaluations to confirm feasibility and constraints.
• Provide regular project updates and ensure a superior customer experience.
• Champion the Falkbuilt brand through design expertise and innovation.
