Job summary

Qualifications

• Creative, strategic thinker capable of leading projects from concept to completion
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team
• Advanced Revit skills; knowledge of Enscape, SketchUp, AutoCAD is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own the full design lifecycle from concept to final design and execution
• Collaborate with clients to define scope and design objectives, ensuring technical feasibility
• Lead design meetings, provide creative solutions and alternatives as needed
• Create detailed project estimates based on designs and construction plans
• Draft design drawings using Revit and Falkbuilt add-ins, including 3D models and renders
• Coordinate designs with construction, electrical, and A&D drawing sets
• Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and quality across teams and vendors
• Oversee site evaluations to confirm design feasibility under construction constraints
• Provide regular project updates and maintain clear client communication
• Champion the Falkbuilt brand by sharing design expertise with clients and teams
