What You’ll Do

Design & Project Execution

Oversee projects from concept to completion, ensuring excellence in design, quality, and execution.

Coordinate project schedules, milestones, and budgets—balancing creative vision with technical precision.

Lead teams in producing top-tier interior design drawing packages and construction documents.

Maintain seamless communication with clients, contractors, and consultants.

Manage site visits, design reviews, and quality control to bring projects to life.

Mentor and guide designers and technologists, fostering a culture of excellence.

Share insights and expertise to elevate team capabilities.

Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and suppliers—ensuring long-term success.

Project & Client Management

Oversee scope, budget, and risk management to keep projects on track.

Serve as the go-to contact for clients and consultants throughout the process.

Lead project closeout and integration, ensuring outstanding results.

Delegate tasks and drive collaboration for smooth project execution.

What You Bring

4-6 years of experience in project management within interior design.

A Diploma or Degree in Interior Design (or equivalent).

Expertise in AutoCAD & Revit (SketchUp is a plus!).

Strong knowledge of Ontario’s building codes.

Hospitality and multi-unit residential experience preferred.

Industry credentials like NCIDQ, MAATO, ARIDO, BCIN, or LEED are a plus (we may support your certification process!).
