Westland Insurance Group is growing and has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Insurance Advisor at our Estevan Road office in Nanaimo, BC. Do you love to talk about insurance and provide exceptional client service? If so, you will love working for Westland! We are looking for a career-minded individual who is focused on growing their insurance industry knowledge and experience.

Expected Compensation: The hourly hiring range for this role is $23.68 to $29.60, with a 37.5-hour work week. Your pay rate will be determined based on your qualifications and experience, considering internal equity.

As a Senior Insurance Advisor, you will promote and educate clients on insurance products, manage client relationships, and help grow our presence in the local community. You will also handle complex insurance cases and mentor team members.
