Job summary

Nunavut Arctic College in Iqaluit seeks a Senior Instructor, Academic Studies to lead the Academic Studies Program at Nunatta Campus. Reporting to the Manager, Community Programs, you will instruct a range of courses, apply adult education principles, evaluate student learning, and supervise instructors.

You will collaborate with College staff to deliver relevant programming that prepares learners for post-secondary education and entry-level employment.

Salary range:$121,199.00 to $137.539.00 per year,37.5hours/week

Northern Allowance:$16,328.00 per year

The position instructs a variety of courses using adult education principles, evaluates student learning, and supervises instructors within the Academic Studies section. The Senior Instructor works collaboratively with College staff to deliver relevant adult education programming that prepares learners for further post-secondary education and entry-level employment.
