Job summary

Fidelity Canada seeks an Institutional Sales Enablement Specialist Sr. to drive adoption of sales processes and tools within Institutional Distribution. You will partner with L&D and cross-functional teams to equip frontline staff with training, resources and support.

You’ll steward Salesforce data quality, contribute to the Data Governance Council, and help create knowledge content and onboarding programs that boost efficiency and ensure policy alignment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience in sales operations or financial services.
• Strong MS Office and Excel skills required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Bilingualism in French/English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of sales processes/tools and AI solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and productivity.
• Own knowledge management for Institutional Distribution processes.
• Collaborate with SMEs to create job aids and reference materials.
• Develop onboarding programs for new tools and processes.
• Ensure Salesforce data quality and governance participation.
