Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in an asset management firm focusing on institutional clients.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ability to understand and translate client servicing needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; bilingual English/French.
• Strong risk awareness and decision-making ability.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as day-to-day client service contact for institutional clients, supporting a client advisor and client account manager.
• Serve as a central contact for client-related activity and proactively manage relationships.
• Oversee onboarding, including contract negotiations, account setup, and communications with clients and third parties.
• Communicate client-impacting regulatory and business changes to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Attend client meetings and events as appropriate.
• Maintain client records, coordinate cash flows, and respond to auditors/consultants/third parties.
