What will you do?

1. Learn and grow as part of a team that cares about Reliance and its customers.
2. Professionally install HVAC equipment and accessories according to manufacturer specifications and local codes.
3. Ensure the safe operation of all new installations and instruct customers on proper care and maintenance.
4. Be willing to learn and grow as part of a customer service-oriented team.
5. Create positive relationships with customers; offer additional products and services, and demonstrate communication and problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Adhere to all safety rules.
7. Never sell unnecessary repairs to customers.
8. Explain the benefits of newer, highly efficient equipment to customers.
9. Maintain company vehicle in a neat, clean, and safe condition.
10. Successfully obtain HVAC leads and enroll CPP to meet company performance targets.

2. Minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent.
3. Certificate of Qualification (C of Q) as an Air Conditioning Mechanic (Ontario – 313D).
4. Gas Technician ‘2’ (G2) license.
5. Valid ODP certificate.
6. Class G Driver’s License.
7. Willingness to work rotating shifts.
8. Physical ability to perform all required tasks.
9. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
10. Ability to understand and learn new technologies.
11. Willingness to wear company-provided uniform.
