High Liner Foods is seeking a Senior Manager, Insights & Analytics Innovation to translate consumer, customer, category, and market learning into actionable insights guiding our innovation agenda across Retail and Foodservice channels. The role will lead the full research lifecycle, design learning plans, and guide both qualitative and quantitative approaches to deliver clear recommendations.

You will synthesize data, create concise storytelling for leadership, and partner with Marketing, R&D,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Market Research, Analytics, Innovation or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in insights, analytics, market research, innovation or related commercial functions.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data from multiple sources.
• Experience supporting consumer-led innovation processes, including opportunity identification and product testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead insights and analytics support for innovation strategy and commercialization decisions.
• Design and manage consumer learning plans for innovation projects across channels.
• Guide qualitative and quantitative research approaches, including AI-enabled analytics.
• Translate trends into opportunity areas, innovation territories, and actionable recommendations.
• Support end-to-end innovation processes from idea generation to post-launch evaluation.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure commercially viable recommendations.
