Zusammenfassung

Shine Windows & Gutters is seeking an experienced salesperson to join our Greater Toronto Area team. You’ll start by working with warm leads and progress into in-home sales, visiting homeowners to present exterior solutions and close high-ticket projects.

You’ll be supported by coaching, a proven sales process, and a collaborative team focused on continual improvement. The role offers 40–50 hours weekly, with sales leadership paths and a flexible work setup.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience with top-tier performance.
• Must know key sales metrics: targets, close rate, average deal size, revenue.

Aufgaben

• Spend initial 4–6 weeks as a lower-ticket closer to learn services, systems, and process.
• Visit homeowners across the GTA, understand needs, present solutions, and close high-ticket exterior projects.
• Sell exterior painting, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and other services over the phone.
• Follow up with prospects, handle objections, and convert undecided customers to booked work.
• Maintain CRM updates and coordinate with production to ensure delivery of sold work.
• Track close rate, average sale, and revenue against weekly targets.
