Shine Window & Eaves, operating across Canada, is seeking a results-driven appointment setter to fuel our sales team remotely from anywhere in Canada. You’ll be paid base hourly plus bonuses for every completed, qualified estimate, with earnings potential scaling as you book more appointments.

This role focuses on converting inquiries into booked estimates for our in-home sales team. You’ll have structured coaching, clear KPIs, and room to grow into outside sales as you prove your performance.

At Shine Windows & Gutters and The Deck People, you'll work with customers who already know us or have requested a quote. Your job is to turn that interest into booked estimates for our sales team.

You'll be measured on results, rewarded for performance, and given the opportunity to grow into a bigger sales role as you prove yourself.

What you'll be doing

• Call new inquiries quickly and book appointments for our in-home sales team.
• Reconnect with past customers to book recurring services and introduce other services they may need.
• Follow up with interested homeowners who haven't booked yet.
• Track your daily calls, contact rate, booking conversion rate, and completed estimates against clear weekly targets. You'll always know where you stand and what you need to improve.
• Make a minimum of 60 calls per day and 10 calls per active calling hour, while maintaining at least 85% script accuracy as measured by our AI call scoring system.
• Keep customer information and follow-ups organized in our CRM.

How we'll help you improve

• Structured training, proven call scripts, and regular coaching from experienced sales leaders.
• AI reviews and scores every call, showing you what you did well and exactly where to improve.
• Regular reviews of your KPIs and calls so you can see your progress and work toward the next level.

Who we're looking for

You don't need years of sales experience, but you do need to show us that you're someone who takes work seriously.

You'll be a great fit if you:

• Have previous work experience and a track record of being reliable and taking responsibility.
• Have experience working toward measurable targets, know your KPIs, and actively look for ways to improve your results.
• Communicate confidently and naturally with people over the phone.
• Take feedback well and actually put it into practice.
• Can stay organized and manage your own workload without constant supervision.
• Don't get discouraged when a customer says no.
• Want to develop your sales skills and take on more responsibility over time.

Previous phone sales, appointment-setting, or customer service experience is an asset.

You'll need to live in Canada and have a reliable computer, high-speed internet, a headset, and a quiet place to work.

Schedule and compensation

• Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• Remote position with shifts scheduled between 8 AM and 6 PM Eastern Time
• Base pay: $20/hour
• Performance bonus: $20 per completed, qualified estimate
• Expected annual earnings: $50,000 to $65,000, depending on performance
• Uncapped appointment bonuses
