Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a proactive and technically adept Risk Analyst to champion risk management for major infrastructure programs within our Mobility Global Business Area. You will lead risk identification, assessment, and mitigation to support data-driven decisions across complex projects.

You will develop risk workshops, analyze risk data, and deliver dashboards and executive reports to inform leadership and clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7-10 years of risk management on large-scale infrastructure or construction projects.
• At least 5 years in a client-facing role with stakeholder engagement experience.
• Professional certification in risk management (PMI-RMP or ISO 31000) and/or PMP is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement comprehensive risk management strategies across projects from inception to delivery.
• Facilitate risk workshops and align stakeholders to identify, assess, and prioritize risks and opportunities.
• Oversee risk data collection, analysis, and production of dashboards and executive reports for leadership and clients.
• Leverage digital tools and sustainability frameworks to enhance risk practices and align with project objectives.
