Qualifications

• Undergraduate university degree or MBA; CFA is an asset.
• Minimum 3+ years of infrastructure investing experience.
• Financial modelling, valuation, and analytical expertise.
• Excellent communication, intellectual curiosity, sound judgment, and a passion for investing.
• Ability to build effective working relationships and contribute in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct industry, company, and investment research across global infrastructure markets.
• Evaluate direct investment opportunities through financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, and investment research.
• Assess investment opportunities, including historical asset performance, competitive positioning, management quality, and key value drivers.
• Support transaction execution, including due diligence, financial modelling, and investment recommendations.
• Monitor portfolio investments and contribute to investment theses, performance assessments, and portfolio reviews.
• Prepare valuation analyses and portfolio reporting materials.
• Contribute to the development of long-term portfolio strategies and tactical investment initiatives.
• Support sourcing, origination, and relationship-building activities across infrastructure markets.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including management teams, advisors, and investment partners.
• Travel, as required, to support due diligence, transaction execution, and portfolio oversight
