You will lead initiatives, develop protocols, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve records and data management across unstructured information assets.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates knowledge of information governance, records management, and lifecycle management.
• Experience with metadata management, taxonomy development, and content management practices.
• Experience digitizing, migrating, and modernizing legacy records and repositories.
• Ability to assess information management risks and recommend improvements.
• Strong communication skills for workshops and stakeholder meetings.
• Experience in public-sector information management and privacy requirements (FIPPA, AODA).
