You will track and manage technology incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate changes with CAB governance, SLAs, and robust monitoring to protect critical systems and services.

Qualifications

• Experience managing production incidents and driving rapid recovery.
• Strong root-cause analysis and problem management skills.
• Experience with Change Enablement processes and CAB governance.

Responsibilities

• Track, manage, and communicate incidents across the bank.
• Lead root cause analyses and preventive problem management.
• Coordinate changes with due diligence and rollback planning.
• Define and monitor SLAs, SLOs, SLIs for critical systems.
