Job summary

Vector is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and ship features for our web application used by major customers. You’ll collaborate with engineering, design and product teams and work with React and TypeScript to build scalable frontend components.

Ideal candidates have professional experience delivering complex, high-performance web apps, strong React/Angular skills, TypeScript/JavaScript, CSS/HTML5, and an ability to reason critically and communicate clearly.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated professional engineering experience building complex, commercially shipped software products.
• Strong understanding of scalable, high performance web applications with reusable components.
• Proficiency with React and Angular.
• Advanced knowledge of TypeScript/JavaScript, CSS, and HTML5.
• Experience building frontend components with React using modular architecture.

Responsibilities

• Work on a lean, experienced engineering team and participate in all aspects of the development process.
• Actively participate in architecture discussions.
• Develop new features and modify existing features.
• Conduct code reviews and collaborate with other engineers.
• Continuously look for ways to improve our code base and evaluate new technologies.
