CI is seeking a Senior TypeScript Developer to design and build scalable applications across front-end and back-end systems. You will mentor junior developers and influence architectural decisions shaping the technology stack.

Responsibilities include code reviews, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and delivering robust TypeScript solutions. Strong leadership and communication are essential in a fast-paced environment with a broad benefits package.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of TypeScript experience in production environments.
• Strong fundamentals in JavaScript, ES6+ and asynchronous programming.
• Experience with Node.js and back-end TypeScript development.
• Experience designing distributed architectures and microservices.
• API design knowledge including RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• Strong PostgreSQL skills for schema design and tuning.
• Git in collaborative workflows.
• Proven testing experience (Jest, Mocha, etc.).
• Excellent problem solving and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain TypeScript applications across frontend and backend.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices.
• Architect scalable solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Mentor junior/mid developers and foster growth.
• Collaborate with product, design, and other stakeholders.
• Optimize performance and identify bottlenecks.
• Keep up-to-date with TypeScript ecosystem and tools.
• Contribute to technical docs and coding standards.
• Participate in agile ceremonies like sprint planning and standups.
