Job summary

Synectics Inc. is seeking a senior estimator to lead competitive estimates and proposals for ICI, nuclear, power generation, heavy civil, and underground infrastructure projects in Ontario.

You will collaborate with operational and estimating leadership to drive successful pursuits, mentor junior team members, and contribute to continuous improvement of estimating processes. Ideal candidates have 10+ years of ICI or civil estimating experience, a strong background in municipal infrastructure,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of ICI or civil estimating experience.
• Background in site servicing, excavation, grading, underground utilities, or municipal infrastructure.
• Strong technical and commercial acumen.
• Experience with estimating platforms such as Bid2Win, Timberline, Bluebeam, AGTEK, or PlanSwift.
• Ability to obtain Government of Canada Secret Security Clearance.
