Job summary
ThoughtStorm Inc. seeks a Senior IBM Maximo Manage Consultant to support a major enterprise implementation for the City of Toronto. You will bring 10+ years of hands-on Maximo configuration to design and deliver secure, scalable solutions.
You will lead end-to-end Work Management configurations, from Service Requests to Work Orders, establish PM hierarchies, and ensure data migration and ERP integrations run smoothly through SIT/UAT and go-live support.

Job description
We are seeking a Senior IBM Maximo Manage Consultant with 10+ years of hands-on Maximo configuration experience to support an enterprise implementation for the City of Toronto.
Candidates must have successfully delivered at least 3 full-cycle IBM Maximo implementations as an application consultant.
Strong expertise in Maximo Organization/Site Setup, Application Designer, Database Configuration, Security Groups, and Maximo data model is essential.
Hands-on experience configuring end-to-end Work Management, including Service Request-to-Work Order lifecycle, Job Plans, Preventive Maintenance (PMs), Work Types, scheduling, and work execution is required.
Experience with Assets, Locations, Classifications, Meters, PM hierarchies, and job plan structures is mandatory.
Candidates must have practical experience in legacy EAM data migration, data mapping, validation, reconciliation, and load cycle support.
Working knowledge of Maximo integrations with ERP systems, SAP/SAP BTP, and integration specifications, along with SIT/UAT, defect triage, and go-live support, is required.
