Wolseley Canada is seeking a Senior Programmer Analyst at our Burlington location. You will develop, maintain, and support critical IBM i/AS400 business applications, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality solutions that drive continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates bring strong RPG/COBOL skills, 5+ years on IBM System i and experience guiding projects through the full SDLC, including go‑live support and post‑deployment fixes.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in Computer Science/Engineering or related field with significant hands-on programming experience.
• 5+ years programming on IBM System i/AS400 with RPG IV, RPG Free and COBOL.
• Experience with SEU, SDA, embedded SQL, store procedures and service programs.

Responsibilities

• Create technical specifications and perform programming, testing, and implementation of high-quality business information processing systems.
• Develop and maintain applications on the IBM i platform.
• Lead project delivery through the full SDLC with cross-functional teams, ensuring timelines and quality.
