Job summary

Randstad Canada is seeking a Senior Identity Access Management Specialist (Business Analyst Level 3) to drive enterprise IAM and RBAC design across provincial clinical ecosystems. You will bridge clinical leaders, privacy, cybersecurity, and IT to translate workflows into secure, auditable security roles within CIS/EHR environments.

You will lead role catalogues, SoD models, and emergency break-glass workflows, ensuring least-privilege access across acute and ambulatory care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of senior BA experience in healthcare or enterprise IT.
• Hands-on IAM/RBAC design and governance experience.
• Experience with CIS/EHR/EMR implementations.
• Proficiency with Office 365 tools (Visio, Excel, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Lead identification, analysis, and engineering of clinical, financial, administrative, and support roles across acute networks.
• Develop and maintain role catalogues, role-to-function maps, access matrices, and SoD models with least-privilege principles.
• Translate clinical workflows into CIS security configurations and break-glass protocols.
• Define requirements, workflows, and procedures for provisioning, recertification, and rapid deprovisioning.
• Analyze user populations and legacy entitlements to identify conflicts and risks.
• Support security validation, UAT for role assignments, and go-live readiness transitions.
