Job summary

Bevertec is seeking an Identity and Access Management Specialist to support IAM/RBAC framework for a Canadian provincial CIS project. This remote role collaborates with clinical, privacy, cybersecurity and IT teams to define access requirements and governance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in business analysis and substantial IAM/RBAC experience in healthcare, with strong MS Office skills and proven stakeholder engagement across large-scale initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, health informatics or related field.
• 5+ years as a Business Analyst.
• 3+ years supporting large healthcare tech initiatives.
• 3+ years IAM/RBAC experience.
• 5+ years working with clinical stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• 3+ years supporting CIS/EMR/EHR implementations.
• Experience leading RBAC design in healthcare.
